For this simply download Terminal Emulator from Android Market.
I tried all 3 builds on a SD card but can't get it to boot into LE. Further more I can't even get it to boot into recovery by holding down the reset button in the AV socket. zip file you downloaded from the prerequisites to any accessible directory on your computer. Extract the file using tar xvzf android_bootimg_tools. Terminal Emulator- ES File Explorer (or similar)- Hex Editor (or use of DD)- Unzip boot_manipulation. Extract the downloaded zip file to /data/local/tmp (you can use Es file explorer to extract the zip). From there you can also choose the Now that you know where the boot image is, (On GNU/Linux) run.
Long press on romdump file which you’ve pasted on /data/local/romdump and select permission and check all the boxes. I found a work around and got it up and running in the Terminal Emulator. You will get a popup that the app is waiting for a debug to attach. This file needs to be uncompressed and written to an SD card using plain old dd. Download the Recovery Image and Flash Image.
